Dear Sisters:

There is discussion among stake leadership regarding the possibility of starting a program designed to assist those members of our stake who suffer from Depression.  We are considering having a class/group at the stake center which would last 10 weeks or so and be led by a professional therapist/counselor.  The cost would be an estimated $200 and each class member would need to commit to attend for the duration of the program.

If you are interested in attending this program, or have family members who would benefit, and you/they would be ready to commit if it is offered, then please notify your ward Relief Society President or your bishop.  This does not mean that you are locked in to it, and no one on the stake level will be given your names at this point.  We are merely trying to determine the need for such a program to be held in our stake and if members would be willing to support it.

Thank you,
Sister Deon Tait
Columbia Stake Relief Society President
