Dear Columbia Stake sisters:
What a wonderful and inspiring stake conference weekend we enjoyed! I am sure your hearts were touched and spirits lifted as we listened to beautiful musical numbers, wonderful counsel and testimonies that strengthen us.
We invite you once again to participate with us in reading our stake Relief Society blog and contributing to it. Our desire this summer is to focus on supporting you in your preparedness goals. We hope to have interaction and discussion on our blog and Facebook group which might include photos, links, recipes, videos, etc from YOU and from us to assist in any way we can to help you and your family to be prepared for what may come. We have been counseled over and over for many years to do all we can to have a 72 hour emergency supply, a 3 month supply, and then work to build on that to a year's supply. Please take time to evaluate where you are with these important aspects of your life, and ponder taking time to build up what you may already have. We will do our best to encourage and support you in this very important goal.
We love you and are grateful for all your service in our stake to your families, friends, and ward members. Happy Summer, and we wish you well as you ponder these goals.
