Candy Filling Recipes


Many of you have requested the filling recipes from Sister Anderson's chocolate candy class.  Here they are.


Peanut Butter
1/2 lb. Softened butter
1 lb. Powdered sugar
1 c. Peanut butter

Stir ingredients together with a spoon may require kneading.

jello
1/3 c. Softened butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3.5 c. Powdered sugar (give or take)
Add any jello flavor to taste.
Lime is my favorite!

Stir ingredients together with a spoon may require kneading.

Both can be stored in the freezer until you are ready to use them.
