Here is the yummy Chocolate Mousse we had at the Christmas activity:


Chocolate Silk Mousse


4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 T powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
8 oz frozen whipped topping, divided


Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, whisk until smooth.
Add chocolate chips (slightly cooled), stir until smooth.
Immediately fold in half of the whipped topping until smooth
Fold in remaining half.
Refrigerate
