Some upcoming activities:
13 August: Family Home Evening with the Young Single Adults at 7:30 PM at Centennial Park. This is subject to change if anyone decides to host but for now, please encourage the YSA to check the facebook page for any last minute updates. I think the activity planned is Capture the Flag or Kickball or something from childhood days of forced P.E. class, except unlike what happened about 16 years ago, hopefully we won't be subjected to a crazy man yelling at us in short shorts and a bad toupee. His name was Mr. Biddle, FYI.
14 August: Institute from 7:30-8:30 in the Stake Center's Primary Room. There may be cancellations due to the holiday/vacation time so check the facebook page for that information.

16 August: Sports on Thursday night at Centennial Park: check the facebook page on Thursday for more details about the meeting location and sport of choice.The YSA usually go out for Water Ice afterwards or swimming. The information about post-game activities is usually posted on the page so we should encourage people to check that for updates due to weather or general adventuring of the YSAs.
There is a change in the service project scheduled for the 18th. Due to many students going back to school and the heat that Maryland is kind enough to grace us with in Mid-August, we will be postponing our YSA service project to coincide with the stake day of service on the 29th.
